We created PickSpot to be the largest and most up-to-date event platform, and we will be. You can upload your events easily and quickly, but there are content guidelines when posting events to protect our community and maintain our quality. Users can report inappropriate events and content via the app or email and we will review the reported content to ensure it meets our guidelines.
We will not sell your e-mail address or any other data you provide to us.
Your data and content are stored securely on servers of Supabase Inc (https://supabase.com/) saved.
All trademarks appearing on our Platform are the property of their respective owners. Nothing on the Platform should be construed as granting any license to use any copyright, trademark, service mark or logo belonging to us or any third party.
We reserve the right to delete content that infringes the copyrights of companies or individuals or violates our content guidelines.
You agree that we have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, edit, disclose, refuse to post or remove any material, content or activity from any location on the Platform at any time and for any reason in our sole discretion. Despite this right, we do not review all content submitted to the Platform. If we are notified, we may investigate a report that content submitted to us violates these Terms of Use or our Content Guidelines and decide whether to disconnect communications with the submitter (of that content). However, we are under no obligation to remove any Content and assume no responsibility or liability for any actions or Content submitted by you or any third party on or off the Platform, including but not limited to any error, defamation, libel, slander, omission, falsehood, obscenity, pornography, inaccuracy, danger or inaccuracy contained therein.
Our platforms contain links to external third-party websites over whose content we have no influence. We therefore accept no liability for this external content. The respective provider or operator of the pages is always responsible for the content of the linked pages. If we become aware of any legal violations, we will remove such links immediately.
